Mr. Grant (of Bajan decent) brings over 45 years of diverse professional experience across multiple industries, including Engineering/Construction, Consulting, and Retail Sales. His career has seen him work closely with senior management teams at major corporations.

In the Engineering sector, Mr. Grant worked in the New York City and Los Angeles Engineering Divisions, holding roles such as CAD Designer, Construction Site Manager, Project Manager, and Engineering Consultant. Notably, he designed, coordinated, and managed several U.S. Naval Facilities and Metropolitan Transit projects, showcasing his expertise in complex, large-scale projects.

Transitioning to the Retail sector, Mr. Grant's career included positions as Store Manager, Regional Retail Account Executive, and Direct Cable Sales Installer/Field Trainer. His work was instrumental in establishing strong relationships with high-profile clients, including celebrities, and his leadership and training strategies led to the adoption of several of his programs company wide.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Grant has been a dedicated Minister for over 50 years, contributing to a Bible Educational Program in various regions of the country.
